About Shiv Shankar Interior
Shiv Shankar Interior is a Kolkata-based interior design and execution company creating thoughtfully planned residential spaces from concept through execution.
01Our story
Shiv Shankar Interior began its journey in 2016 with a simple belief — a well-designed home should look beautiful, function naturally and feel personal to the people living in it.
Over the years, we have worked across more than 100 interior projects, helping homeowners transform individual rooms as well as complete residential spaces.
Our work brings design and execution together. From understanding a client’s requirements and planning the space to selecting materials, developing design details and carrying the work through on site, we focus on creating interiors where every element has a purpose.

02Design philosophy
Rather than applying the same design everywhere, we approach each space according to its layout, practical requirements and the personality of the people who use it.
For us, good interior design is not simply decoration. It is the combination of space planning, material, light, detail and execution.

03What we design
Our portfolio includes master bedrooms, living and dining spaces, kitchens, false ceilings, custom doors, stair areas, home bars, mandirs, corporate offices, banquet halls and other customised interior solutions — with home automation planned into the interior where you want it.
